Michael King
Executive Director
Michael King has worked as the Executive Director for six months in which he oversees daily operations, marketing, and construction work. When he’s not working, he enjoys farming, exercising, and having family time. Mike’s favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 2:10, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared for us to do.
Randall Howard
Energy Auditor/Carpenter
Randall has served with us for 1.5 years. He loves to hunt and fish, his passion is woodworking as well. His favorite verse is: 1 Corinthians 13:13 And so abide in faith, hope and charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.
Terry Whitehead
Construction Mgr. / Certified Electrician
Terry has been with us 15 years. He loves fishing hunting and spending his free time in the outdoors. His favorite verse is: John 3:17 for God sent not his son to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Ben Cochran
Carpenter
Ben has served with COAP for 4 months. Ben’s passion is motorcross but enjoys playing music at church and spending time with his family. His favorite verse is: Phillipians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Jesus Christ.
Donna Noe
Chief Financial Officer
Donna has worked with COAP, Inc. for 29 years and she oversees all accounting, accounts receivables/payables, and payroll. When she isn’t watching over the finances, she enjoys walking, scrapbooking, and spending time with her grandchildren. Donna’s favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Tammy Hensley
Chief Operating Officer
Tammy has worked with COAP, Inc. for 9 years and takes care of lending and program setups but enjoys fishing, gardening, and reading on her free time. Tammy’s favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3:5 “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”
Van Hensley
Carpenter
Van Hensley has worked with COAP, Inc. for 10 months and enjoys hunting, four wheeling, and fishing in his free time. Van’s favorite bible verse is Psalm 23, “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want…”
Jason Stallard
Carpenter
Jason has served with COAP for 10 years. He enjoys spending time outdoors and listening to music. His favorite verse is: John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he sent his son , that whosoever believed in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.
