Evelyn Shephard is a very a spry 81 year old lady with a very devoted canine companion named Sadie. Mrs. Shephard previously lost her home in a fire and desperately wanted to be back to her former neighborhood and attend her church across the street. We encountered a few roadblocks along the way with Mrs. Shephard in her pursuit of a new home. Mrs. Shephard never waivered in her determination to return to her old neighborhood. COAP was able to build a very energy efficient home with handicap accessibility so that she and Sadie can enjoy the home of her dreams for the rest of her years.
