New Houses
COAP, Inc. knows the importance of home ownership in shaping our communities in Eastern Kentucky. We build affordable homes from 700-1200 square feet in new, contemporary designs. Our larger homes have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and great kitchens.

Resell Homes
COAP, Inc. also realizes that some of our clients cannot afford a newly built home, so we purchase homes that are on the market in desirable locations. We remodel the homes to new code standards and energy efficient standards. We then offer the “like new” homes to our clients so they can enjoy the benefits of home ownership.

Homeowner Repair
COAP, Inc.’s largest program is low income homeowner rehabilitation. In 2013, we served over 40 households with minor and major repairs to their homes. COAP, Inc. has a variety of funding options for repairs to existing homes.
